Chinese Chicken

First, if you've not had a chance to look lately, I've updated my menu offering in both Spa meals, and sample menu's.

Then I learned a few weeks ago that I was chosen Pacesetter Personal Chef of the Month from the organization I belong to "Personal Chefs Network". This voting is done by my peers in the Personal Chef Industry, I am very honored to have been chosen for this award.

Lastly, The demo for July 26th will be Pan Roasted Salmon with Tomato, Basil, Corn Relish and Kiwi Strawberry Basil Salad, I look forward to seeing you all there 3-6 p.m..

As I'm writing this I would just like to pass along my thought's and prayers to all those suffering from the bouts of strong thunderstorms that have passed thought the Midwest very slowly the last couple weeks.

I am done with my Fresh Market demo for June, it was on June 7th, "Tuscan Grilled Shrimp with Grilled Portabella Mushroom and Spring Greens salad" you can find the recipe at The Fresh markets web site. That day was one of the kickoff for major storms, and the staffs of Fresh Market, as well as myself almost ended up in the produce colder as they reported a Tornado just west of us during my demo there.

You can look for me in July at the Fresh Market on July 26th, recipe TBA. I have an update on Celebrity Chef Showcase update, we are currently planning on a grilling show in August, with maybe a tailgate type motif. Keep checking here for updates.

I also am working on my Spa Meals offerings, so look for an update on the menu soon. I wish you all to be safe and well!
