Well March has been a busy month for me so far, lots of cooking the fun part! Note this month we will not be having a Celebrity Chef Showcase due to the Holiday's this month. One the note of the Celebrity Chef Showcase though, I'd like to thank Chef Pam Gibbs from Plum Delicious Dinning for doing desserts at the Februarys show, her guinness brownies where to die for.

Coming up: I will be at the Realtors home show coming up the last week of the month, so if your there, stop by and see me Friday afternoon. Besides me they'll have a number of chefs from the area preparing a number of foods and dishes for you to sample.
