Your meal service pricing depends on many factors, below you will find a sample of my pricing. Please keep in mind this is only a guideline! We can better determine after the free in-home dietary consultation, we will then set up the service catering to your needs.
Prices include the consultation, menu planning, grocery shopping, grocery costs, general pantry items, your meals preparation and cooking, food storage containers, packaging, labeling and full instructions on heating, and of course leaving you a clean kitchen..
"Lemke's Custom Home Meals offers personalized meal packages and pricing that fit your family's unique needs. A custom quote for your service will be developed when we meet to discuss your nutritional needs, number of meals, service frequency and other details. In general, meal packages range between $260 and $370 plus groceries [for weekly meals for a family of 4.]" or whatever baseline this price range covers...I always used a 5/4 as my baseline.
